Erectile disfunction is a horrible thing (I finally admit / believe i have a little now). Have you guys heard of Pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises?
They are exercises that women use to tighten themselves up (downstairs) after they have had a child for example. Did you know that we can use them aswell? Ive done these at various times in the past. I actually find my erection gets harder with these. Plus i actually blow my load like porn star peter north. Typically they can help you last longer in bed too. If you haven’t heard of them i highly recommend them.
