Peeing the bed

EDIT: EFFECTS TAPERED OFF. SEE UPDATED MEMBER STORY. LINK IN SIGNATURE.

Ok guys, new one one me. I upped my Vit D intake to 15,000 IU daily 4 days ago. I’ve noticed some really good reactions from it including my penis and balls returning to normal weight. Like I can slap something with them and it will make a smack. Energy and all are much better. I haven’t posted on this yet as I’m waiting for further experience.

However last night I had a problem. I’ve had a very active bladder since taking fin. I usually get strong, almost uncontrollable urges. Since a couple days ago the urges went away. So far as that I barely have them anymore and water cycles through me much more slowly.

Last night I had a dream, normal dream. My GFs alarm went off, I woke up briefly not having to pee, then went back to sleep. In the dream, normal dream, I went to toilet and started peeing. It felt like my penis kept dipping in the toilet but it wasn’t close enough to the water. Then I woke up and I was peeing the bed. So I go to piss and there’s no stress on my bladder or prostate like I was holding and it was too much. On the contrary it was difficult for me to start peeing.

WTF?

Anyone else have anything like this???

Martin,

I have not experienced anything like this, but then again I am not taking vit D either. It may have just been a freak one time thing for you. If it happens again, then I would say you have cause for concern.

I’ve had nothing like this either. I’d just keep track and see if it happens again. I doubt it’s from the vit D though. Otherwise everybody in the summer time would be pissing their beds.

I never had anything like this happen to me. I can’t even have dreams…

thanks guys. It’s really strange. Prior to taking vit D I would drink and piss it all out within the hour. Now I’m retaining more water and processing it out slower and more consistently. However the nerves don’t really tell me I need to piss anymore, or if so only when it’s urgent during the day.

Last night I stopped drinking water about 3 hours before bed and was fine, though I got up to piss every time my conscious stirred in the slightest. Vit D helps with calcium absorbtion which we need to regulate the water in the bodies.

I’m going to keep to the Vit D higher doses for another few weeks before posting success but it’s quite promising after 4-5 days.

A letter about high supplementation from my Vit. D supplier. Now, granted, it comes from the supplier of the supp. but I’ve backed these statements up with more research, so I feel it is good advice.

Dear Cxxxxxx,

Since our last letter, many of you had questions about
daily and weekly doses of Vitamin D. New guidelines state
that you should take 5000 IU’s on a daily basis.

This works out to 35,000 IU’s per week. This is a nice,
sustainable level that can be taken indefinitely.

What if you want to go higher than 35,000 IU’s per week?
No problem. One study has larger body mass people taking
10,000 IU’s per day and they lowered their CRP (C-reactive
protein - a measure of body inflammation) by 40%.

It is quite safe to take higher amounts of Vitamin D if
you wish. Weekly doses up to 100,000 IU’s are safe.

In the next email we will discuss a new, natural pain-
relief regimen using additional amounts of Vitamin D. So
we don’t have problem if you want to take more Vitamin D
than it says on the bottle.

Does anyone else find it strange that the upper recommended limit is 1,000 IUs but it takes 50,000 IUs for months daily to cause toxicity? What about the other 49,000 IUs in between this range? This has got to be the most incompetent recommended amount I have ever seen.

It’s not strange at all once you learn how the medical and pharmaceutical community work. As a matter of fact, it’s par for the course. Main stream medicine is usually years, in some case a decade or so behind what the “underground” already know. This is the case in regards to cancer, diabetes, heart disease and so on. Take into account the billions of dollars generated from “treating” these diseases rather then curing them or preventing them, and you have the current system as it stands today. Horribly inept and inefficent.
