I’m considering getting back on tadalafil but I’ve been super unlucky with medicines and side effects. Just wondered what peoples’ experience are in terms of side effects on these drugs, and where anyone has had really bad side effects.

Things I’m particularly worried about are the vision and hearing loss side effects although these seems to be pretty small in terms of their percentage incidence.

I realise that others getting or not getting side effects does not me I will or won’t get them. Just wondered what peoples experiences are.

Like you say I can’t speak for you as your body may react differently to mine .
Ive been using viagra for around 13 - 14 years now with no major issues as in hearing and the only eyesight issue ive had with it has been blood shot eyes after taking it that sometimes persist mildly the next day. You may notice your nose becomes blocked like when you have a bad cold but that usually subsides after a couple if hours or so.
Ive been using it prior to bed time but my doctor did suggest taking a small dose everyday say 5mg for two or three months to see if that cured the bigger underlying issues but it didn’t do anything really so it’s no miracle way to get you away from using the drug long term well not for myself anyway.
To me I can’t help but feel I have low testosterone and some sort of brain to penis comms issue but blood tests say things are ok so my GP says but this always seems to be the case for most people with post finasteride sexual issues blood tests don’t seem to give the answers.
I would love to see the GP,s faces when the medical world wakes up to our post finasteride issues as it’s very difficult getting them to join the dots together I sometimes wonder what’s the crack here thousands of guys are saying the same thing reporting many identical symptoms but it’s like who gives shit.
These sexual side effects really pissed me off for years it took me a long long time to accept the reality of what has happened me.
If im honest viagra has saved me from a life without sex it has given me the opportunity to sustain a sexual relationship with my partner and keep some of my sanity so in some ways you could say it has saved my life.
I truly hope it can do the same for you and for others mate.
