Using Cytomel (T3) to boost my T3 and cortisol. Using low dose adex to control E2 which can elevate if I’m not careful. Will be switching to a more regular adex dose soon.

Your labs look pretty good. I am going to get thyroid checked out hopefully soon I see a specialist on Friday of next week. I had borderline low total t and below range low free t but endo did not want to treat these so I’ve been suffering the past year.

With your hormones how have you been feeling? Did your labs look worse at one point?

Sorry for the questions I just want to know if anyone is improving.

My issue is very low bioavailable cortisol and low T3. serum cortisol is at the top. I feel tired all the time with low libido and ED. Using the circadian T3 method to boost cortisol and T3. Also cold thermogenisis. CT is a bitch but I’m doing it no matter what

Once I fix cortisol and T3 my body will better regulate all my hormones.
