Painful Bones and wrong hands

Does any of you see the thinnest and most painful bones? :confounded::confounded::confounded:
I start to hurt my hands and I even see them wrong my body seems crazy!

I understand that a vitamin D deficiency is associated with PFS. Since vitamin D is necessary for bones and muscle, have you had a blood test to determine if it’s low?

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘wrong’ hands, but bone wise yes I had a lot of pain in my finger bones, teeth and spine when i first crashed. Generally the pain in my teeth and fingers lessened a lot over time, though they crack a lot and i feel a lot more fragile generally. Multiple PFS patients have received a diagnosis of osteopenia.

The same as myself, fingers hurt to move, joint’s are tender and wrists crack pop along with shoulders, sound’s like a meat grinder. Hopefully that’s all reversible eventually  not as painful as it was initially like yourself which us good i guess.

I am also getting sore hands. Simple tasks like using my mobile phone can cause mild pain. I feel like I’m starting to develop some kind of inflammatory problem although I have absolutely no clue. It does feel tied up to my slight jaw bone loss during a dental x-ray and my compromised teeth. I can’t help but feel that we are all vulnerable to bone related issues, especially in the longer term.

dht improves bone mineral density so absence of it allows estrogen to fuck up our bones pretty badly.

This… is just incorrect.

u can also check aletheia’s story on this page, along with some photos he posted in a facial changes thread and you might find this not so incorrect

No. The latter half of your statement was highly incorrect. Estrogen had beneficial effects in bone mineral density in males and females.

What you said about DHT is correct.

Did you read the raypeat article I linked? I never said little estrogen is bad, but in the absence of dht estrogen gets high and is terrible for bone health.

Sore hands can be related to nerve problems. They are inflamed or blocked.

Christ almighty. How long did those people who got diagnosed with osteopenia take finasteride for? :flushed:

Not long at all. PFS is not dose dependent and many of the cases suffering the most disabling health damage took it for just days, which is why no exposure to a 5ari is safe without scientific evidence on what the genetic/epigenetic predisposing factors are. Finasteride changes something in regards to how affected cell lines are functioning in susceptible people when it’s there and persistent problems play out after, often with a severe crash that follows a short lived recovery from whatever was initially experienced on the drug.

But these cases must be rare though and can be reversible? Do any preceding symptoms of PFS during first crash seem to correlate with bone issues later on? I’m not sure what I got was a severe crash after one dose, or maybe it was. My main symptoms are severe insomnia, some muscle wastage, and depression. lbv mentioned that he noticed his chin and jaw got slightly smaller from taking only one dose of fin a year ago which I hope he’ll recover from. And I hope the same for everyone else. If this happens to me, I am not sure how I’ll take it. It would be catastrophic. I need to get a dental implant and I’ve been considering jaw surgery for sleep apnea. I am so sorry to everyone who suffers from this.

If epigentic theory holds true, does this mean people who recover somehow reverse the epigentic change? Would seem difficult, if not impossible, to reverse what seems to be such a complex change. It also seems that multiple systems/tissues are affected, so folks who recover somehow epigentically recover each of these systems/areas?

Its tissue specific. I recovered some brain areas 100% (like the area that controls dominance/aggression/alpha behaviour), my sleep is 100% recovered, my skin (severe acne is back). Mentally also pretty much 80-100% constantly. Libido is at 50%. Sensivity is 20-50%. beard density at 40%.

Hi @Invictus, how long did it take for you to recover from the mental symptoms?

3 years. I cycled tons of stuff, including thyroid hormones, Testosterone, NAC, tribulus.
