I’d like some opinions about some symptoms that I’m experiencing at the moment that is causing me a lot of distress: I have pain related to my sexuality and by that I mean from spontaneous sexy thoughts that I get once a month circa to the orgasms. The pain is not there since the beginning, its kinda mixed with pleasure and I had one episode like this in the past 2 years of pssd but it resolved(at the time I didn’t have a lot of informations and I used a cream my ex gyno gave me). I had a ton of other symptoms and I have chronic pain since pssd in my pelvic area but this pain associated with the pleasure is new and that is the second month I have it (that episode excluded). What I’m doing now is avoiding sexuality but it’s painful even doing so cause as I said before it takes a thought to hurt and I get libido sometimes so it happens.
It’s very very hard for me to cope with this on top of my other symptoms.
I’d Really appreciate some opinions or expirience about it, specially if you have a vagina cause that’s my case.
