Pain in testicles-sugery?

HI-first of all i wished i had found this forum earlier…
You doi9ng great.

So i have one question regarding ball pains.
I´m still havenig pain in my left ball 1,5 years after qutiiting fin(i used it 11 month)
It is very important for me to elborate if my pain i caused by fin or not.
Because a suregon told me i have a hernia and due to this my ramus genitalis nerve is damaged and cause me these probs.-he wants to extract my nerv I´ve asked a few other uros. about this and they told me they don´t think its the cause ,but its possible.
So i dont know what to do!
the pain in my left ball is def. nerval-i have a permanent discomfort felling every singel second-but it´s not to strong but when i touch or play with my ball i get quite a strong pain.So its def. related to touching.
So is this the normal sheme for “fin pain” or is the suregon righ and i should get my nerv extractedt-whats your opinion?

Could be due to a number of issues, I would seek more professional opinions. Did you ever have a hernia in your past?

Have you investigated prostatitis, epididymitis, varicocele, hydrocele, testicular torsion? Do some Googling on those if you don’t know what they are.

Have you had a testicular ultrasound done to check for any lumps or cancer?

If not I would definitely investigate ALL areas before jumping into surgery.
