Hi,
I have just read that when you are sick or recovering from an illness, you are much less motivated in general. Why is that? Because the chronic inflamation of low range is interfering with the dopamine signal in the brain, what is motivating to do things in general.
Basically, the body prefer to send more energy to the inmune system instead of using it for doing any other things, they are now unnecessaries.
The stress is one of the most important generator of inflammation. And, honestly, I do feel always stressed, specially when I have to take an important decision, and also non-motivated for doing most of the thinks.
In my personal experience, these last months I am sleeping much worse than on the previous years. I moved from one flat to another, and now I am plenty of small sounds during the night that I cannot deal with to sleep. I do need total silence. Then, since I have moved I have also feel a worsening of my symptons. Less sleep, higher stress, higher inflammation, less dopamine in my brain, worsening of my simptons.
For me, it makes sense, specially when we all have see that this is not an hormonal issue, that TRT is doing nothing for us. And also, that there are some people that have improved with corticoids, that reduces inflammation. I took them also in the past for an autoinmune disease, and I improved a lot during years.
Also, if I have my blood test, my inmune system is on the floor.
Guys…please feel to comment.
