Finasteride and topical Dutasteride

So ED and other classical SE from 5AR disappeared in 2-3 days after cessation, but the digestion issues appeared 1 month after.
I had interminent symptoms before fin (like rare nausea/diarrhea, and history of alcool hangover intolerance - hangover that last for several days) but they weren’t chronic.
My digestion symptoms are :
- loose thin stool
- incomplete evacuation
- Alternance with constipation
- mild steatorrhea (tested)
- Color from light brown/orange to yellow or normal
- Presence of undigested particle.
- Foul smelling gas the first year.
3 years after the begining of the symptoms i started b12 shot, b9 and thiamine which gave me period of normal stool at 1 BM/day (feel like heaven) but it’s never consistent (however it showed at least some significant improvement)
I also still lack of morning wood but sometimes they are present and they were maybe not 100% before taking fin too.
I’m posting here to know if some are in similar case (mostly normal except digestion) to know if it’s worth to dig into it and adjust my recovery attempt.
