Oligonucleotide treatment upregulates androgen receptor sens

Very experimental treatment that is used for Androgen Insensitivity. Injecting oligonucleotide-peptide complexes, which penetrate the cell’s nucleus and replace the mutated gene with a correct version.

Not sure if this would fit our situation though as we do not know what exactly is causing the androgen receptor issues. If it is an epigenetical mechanism, would replacing the entire gene fix the issue???

we have two routes.Either wait for study to pin point the root cause and then hammer it on the right place or based on our little knowledge use trial and error.
