I guess everyone is slightly different.
Your free T looks very low compared to your total T. This would usually mean high SHBG. Your estradiol is very high compared to your free T too. Your free T could be double what it is. That would probably send you way over on the limit for estradiol. You posted a super high estradiol result before. Was it the DIM/Calcium d-glucarate that got your e2 down? Were you on these when u did the above tests? You also have low FSH and LSH despite pretty low free T like most here.
My mate has low T from chemo he is totally bald - Not from the chemo but from hormones. He had the chemo when he was 10. My free T is low and my hair is not falling out at all anymore.
