We assume that PSSD and PFS are the same thing. It is clear that PFS is some kind of androgen signaling malfunction. Since the prostate is clearly subject to androgen signaling, it is not surprising to see symptoms that are likely prostate related. My urine stream is weaker, too, but not weak enough to bother me.
I see i have problem to feel the need to urinate and harde to Puch the Urine what a shit condition
I detect that PSSD is weaker than PFS regarding mental and physical issues.
They mostly complain about sexual sides and anhedonia.
But muscle pains, extreme anxiety, etc is not common on them vs PFS.
Just my observation after digging on Reddit 2300 users board.
About the poster, seems really common that problem of weak flow urinating.
