The medical world has failed me thus far. I have always had pretty good eating habits, but i think it is time for me to perfect them. I know that nutrition will not cure my problems, but it could help. I am looking to have a specialized diet one that caters to my problems: Low libido, weak erections, no sensation in orgasm, lower sensation in penis, changes in penis tissue, lower ejaculation amount, watery semen, and problems with sympathetic nerves. I was wondering what has worked for people on this form i know there are no brainers like eating more raw foods like fruits and vegtibles and maybe trying to get my vitamens through food instead of suplements.

I also found an article on higher testosterone levels in men in the 1920s, a lot of people believe that it is due to the growth hormones given to the cattle that we end up digesting through dairy and meat.

i know i need my b6 and 12 as well. so if anyone can maybe give me some advise on foods that would be helpful or maybe if you already have a diet your on i would love to hear it. My hands are tied there is not much else i can try, until an actual research study is done on PFS this is the best thing i can do.

Anti-cancer diet.

Since what happened in our bodies is simliar to what happens to cancer patients–methylation. (Not 100% proven yet, but certainly the most likely cause of AR abnormalties). It makes since to start an anti-cancer diet, foods that promote demethylation, minus the geinstein of course.
