Numbness in the anal region

For the past few months I have been suffering from numbness in my rectal region.
When passing stools, I had numbness in the anus and complete numbness in my anal sphincter.

Even after having a course of anti-biotics and prostate massages with Dr Georgiadis, the anal numbness still persisted.

However I have recently been drinking some ‘Everyday detox’ teas.
They are produced by ‘Traditional Medicinals’. I have been drinking 2 teas per day and the numbness problem has completely gone.
Passing stools is easier and feels normal now. Sensitivity and a normal feeling in the anal region has returned.
Maybe the problem was due to a build up of toxins and estrogens?

Thought I would mention this incase anyone has a similar symptom.

Did you have any numbness or decreased sensitivity in your groin area? If so, did this improve from the tea.

I am experimenting with drinking of lot of green tea lately but will need some time before I can offer a confident review.

very interestig. I am numb here too. also scrotum, penis and parts of my back. I will certainly try this. How long were you number for?

I am still experiencing decreased sensitivity in the groin area, however nettle root and toco-8 seem to be helping in this area.
The ‘teas’ didn’t make much difference with regards to groin sensitivity.

I will be going on a 2 week liver detox program, with a ‘liver detox’ product from renewlife. Hopefully this will help me even further.
Proscarred has reported good results with it.

I was completely numb in the anal region for several months.
I wouldn’t say that feeling has returned to 100% , but more like 70 or 75%.

Good luck with the teas.
Don’t take them alongside Cialis or Levitra etc as it may not be a good combination.

and I hope you will report back here if it helps you.

why do u suggest not with calis?

The teas contain licorice which may have an ‘estrogenic’ effect.
I took it without cialis and it didn’t have any adverse effects

But when taking it alongside cialis, I got a weird/coldish feeling around my balls.
Taking it with cialis or other prescription medications could cause an allergic or adverse effect, as per the instructions.

Anyone taking thinking of these teas, i would advise being extra cautious, as they contain milk thistle.
Maybe start off with one tea per day for a couple of days, then stop for a week to gauge any adverse reaction.

The teas contain milk thistle;
Milk thistle usually agrees with me in small doses, but yesterday I took the teas as normal alongside my magnesium supplement (magnesium chloride).
I don’t know what the chemical reaction was, but last night i had tinnitus, pain and burning in my prostate and itchy/burny feelings on parts of my skin.
Hopefully these problems go away asap.

Milk thistle seems to agree with some people, and disagree with others as per the following thread:

I am not sure why you think this tea has milk thistle. I picked up a box this week and no ingredients listed remotely resembled milk thistle unless I am overlooking the scientific name. I am talking about the everyday detox tea that was originally recommended.

You’re right - my mistake. Milk thistle is not one of the ingredients.
Sorry for my inaccurate post.
I think it was just taking the magnesium chloride that didn’t agree with me, so i have stopped taking it now.

In any caes, I still would advise being careful with these teas in case the ingredients do not agree with you.
In fact i recommend being extra careful with any supplement as i would not want you to suffer any adverse side effects.

I still would recommend that you don’t take the teas alongside cialis, levitra, viagra, or any other prescription medication.
So if you can, i would stop taking prescriptions meds for a couple of days before drinking the teas.

To start you off, maybe just take one cup of tea and wait for a fews days to see if you suffer any adverse reaction?

I’m wondering if the numbness that i experienced has been caused by parasites, or parasitic cysts.

Just tonight i have had quite a severe case of tinnitis and anal itching.
Tapeworms and parasites are known to cause tinnitis, due to affecting the central nervous system.

Sometimes I have an onset of tinnitis just before bedtime and this is when tapeworms are most active.

Here is the label with ingredients if anyone is interested:

this is strange. i been drinking 2 teas a day for the last 5 days. last nit just before bed my anus was itchy too. neaver felt anything like it. i was hoping sensativity was returning. no effect on penis but interested in the tinnus abd tapeworm theory. not sure how this links to pfs

An itchy anus is a symptom of hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids are essentially varicose veins or veins that become enlarged. (see the topics hemorrhoids and varicose veins on wiki). Perhaps the teas are causing the blood vessels to expand and itching is a sign of this. Increased blood flow could also affect compresssed nervous pathways.

The smooth muscle connection here is interesting. Smooth muscle function is, as I understand, what controls blood vessels and is the mechanism by which blood is trapped in the penis during an erection.

This seems much more probable than tapeworms.

i wounder if the teas ate causing enlarged veins or they were alrwady enlarged and the teas have highlighted this with increase sensativity

Given there was no affect on the sensitivity of your penis I think this question has been answered.
