Numbness in hands and feet

Hy guys,
I am fighting this for about 3 years. Still have all the sexual side effect,
Nothing has changed other than constant hard flaccid, it is better now, come and go sometimes.

Also this numbness increase after ejaculation

From the last week or two, I am experiencing increased numbness in hands and feet,
They become numb very fast.
I have checked blood sugar to rule out diabetes. It is normal.
I am also experiencing vertigo. Despite eating good amount of calories.

Any help?I fear something is damaging my nerves, or there is a problem in Brain.

I also get the numbness in hand and feet along with vertigo. I believe ive its neurapathy caused by nerve damage I also get pins and needles and coldness in the extremeties. Could even be the thyroid
