I have extreme muscle stiffness in my neck due to fin. Is it safe to use NSAIDs like diclofenac?
The simple test is "does this affect hormone levels? "
If yes, it might cause you problems. I avoid ibuprofen for this reason.

it does effect hormone levels according to this one it affects prolactin.
Is this a bad thing? I dont know what prolactin does.
yesterday I took aspirin, however I later on read that it also has an impact on hormonal levels.
Is there any painkiller I can take that doesnt have an impact on hormonal levels?
Paracetamol is OK, as far as I know.
