We recently identified a technical issue with the delivery of some emails. This was resulting in some emails, including sign ups and password resets, not always being delivered. This has now been resolved.
Due to this, you may receive some ‘out of date’ mails that failed at the time over the past weeks that are now being resent. You may ignore these if they are no longer relevant (old notifications, etc).
In addition, the graphs regarding survey participation will be taken down for the time being owing to the ongoing migration of our infrastructure.
