Not Sure PIED or Finasteride

Hi
Long story short. Mid 40 y/o took finasteride in my 20s 2-3 years. Suffered from all the side effects when on finasteride but thought they will go away when quitting. Primarily side effects where and still are ED , frequent urination and no force upon orgasm. My d**** feels dead and in the past I have tried cialis which have worked, However I don’t want to be dependent upon meds and there are really things with my body which don’t seems right,
In this period bot on and after quitting finasteride I was masturbating to Porn. Sometimes several times a day. I have sampled both on the NOFAP side and also the Propecia (PFS) sites.

I am thinking of trying the 90+ days abstaining from Porn / Orgasm, juice fasting and som vitamins but don’t know if it is that or the finasteride who has permanently messed up my body.
Anyone here with similar experience or have any advice?

If you can get erect to porn but not to real life encounters then you probably do have pied to some extent. The only way to check is to do a nofap streak.

So you can’t get erect at all? Even with physical stimulation? Then it could be severe PIED, but i think you have something more serious going on like a severe venous leak that a lot of people with PFS have. Check with the doctor.

I can get semi erect with stimulation but I cannot hold it. Usually I orgasm when not erect. I does not matter wether it is porn or the real deal. It is the same.
I really think my prostate is messed up since I have no pleasure feeling whatsoever even when prostate is massaged. If this is caused by PMO, Finasteride or some kind of chronic prostatitis issue I dint know. C***s helpes me, it is possible to still have venous leak problem?

You have had ED since you took finasteride 20 years ago? Or the ed came later?

it started then and never recovered after discontinuing the drug

Thinking of abstaining from Porn / MO.
Does anyone have experience?
I strongly believe PFS and frequent masturbation to Porn has a Connecticution for me suffering for more than 10 years
