I do have many sides like Brain fog, general fatigue, anxiety, decreased testicle size, gyno, redness gone in most of my skin, cold sensitivity, and fat gain. I have gained about 30 lbs since I stopped back in September 2010.
It seems weird that I have get usually get morning erections, random erections (even as random as holding my girl friends hand or hugging her) but caannot lose a pound of weight! This must mean I have a good total T to total E ratio. My total T as of last December was 417 I believe, and my E2 was 10.2 which is very low.
My diet is consisted of lots of meats, beans, veggies, low sugar fruits like berries, and once in awhile a little sweet potato. I used to be 205 lbs with 13% bf, and now I’m 235 and god knows my bf%. I also only consume about 1500-1800 calories a day, which is still pretty low considering the amount of exercise I do. I workout 6 times a week 3x cardio and 3x weights with no improvement.
So since my libido and ED aren’t much of an issue, can anyone suggest why I can’t seem to lose a single pound? Any other hormone I should be looking at to determine this? Any supplements people have used for this similar problem?
Any response will be greatly appreciated. This weight gain is basically about 90% of my anxiety problems. I mean I went from being a size 36 waist to almost a 42 now. I just want to lose weight to stay healthy as I have high BP.
