Lactic acid buildup and interval training article below. Is this why CDNuts had success with intervals, and said they were ESSENTIAL to his recovery? If you are doing them already, make sure you don’t rest too long or you won’t build the lactic acid. I will be altering how I do my intervals to really push for higher lactic acid, and report back.
