Non-Broken Sleep / Falling Asleep easier

Ive made a very slow steady recovery over 2 years but the only thing that still doesn’t feel back to normal is my sleep. Pre-fin I would knockout and not wakeup at all through the night.

Now if I wakeup in the night it can sometimes be much harder for me to fall back asleep and it feels like I’m not getting as deep of sleep. It feels very light.

Anyone else seen similar issues?

It’s great to hear you’ve made a full recovery apart from sleep, I remember reading your post from last October and it gave me a lot of hope when I needed it.

What have you tried so far for sleep? I had similar sleep issues for about 9 months which seemed to resolve soon after I began taking 3 grams of Glycine and 300mg of Magnesium bisglycinate right before sleeping, though I don’t know if that was a coincidence.

No, I havent taken anything. Just try working out hard. Personally I dont want to take any drugs or vitamins. I want to be able to so something naturally.
