My sack used to be hairy now it’s smooth what causes this? I read about it being where t converts to dht but have also read it’s a symptom of hypopituitarism??
Yes, I have the same thing. In addition, some of those hairs I do have have turned white and are devoid of pigmentation.
Genital tissue is rife with 5AR2 and Androgen Receptors – the exact tissue Finasteride inhibited 5AR2 and thus local DHT metabolism in.
Considering this, it likely points to loss of androgenic activity in those tissues where Finasteride exerted its effects.
That is my personal opinion, but it would take a GENITAL SKIN FIBROBLAST culture to assess 5AR2 activity, DHT metabolism and AR binding to prove this point.
I also have discoloration of the scrotum as well as penis and the bottom of my cock looks pinker, I guess this is lack of DHT or something but would it be reversed thru DHT treatment?
Interesting hair hasn’t changed much but the skin looks more tan and pale for me

similar but i have a discolouration of the facial hair and im only 22.half the facial hair is colourless , some is ginger and the rest is brown.
