I filed a freedom of information request that can be viewed freely online that showed that zero psychologists working within the mental health industry in 2017 reported adverse effects from mental health treatments. I did the same for psychiatrists and in the same year only 31 adverse effects were reported too.
Just shows, once again, that underreporting adverse reactions by health care professionals is a serious problem.
