When I was about 17 years old, I took a drug though to be MDMA, it was all fun and games until the next morning I woke up and couldn’t get an erection. This lasted approximately 6 days. I felt like I could not connect to my penis, I tried watching porn and masturbating and still nothing. I only got an erection on the 6th day after visiting my neighbor, this girl I really liked and showed her my limp penis. I took it as a joke back then and I still joke about it.

I’m now 23 and I’m starting to loose some hair (noticeably) and I was was looking at this drug called Propecia, It is manufactured a few kilometers down the road at the Merck-Frosst laboratory. It was recommended to me by my stylist. He says he takes a quarter Proscar daily and it has helped him very much.

I was going to see the doc for a prescription, until I stumbled upon this website, which was very effective and making me change my mind, but still, day after day, I’m loosing hair. I know this isn’t a hairloss forum but…

Seeing as you did not post a question, you are still debating wether to take the medication?

Or has this forum convinced you not to take the drug?

If the former, I would advise you to read the Finasteride Studies section, FAQ, and Permanent ED now Official in Europe thread. Wether you want to risk side effects from this drug is up to you, but I can assure you if you do get them, there are no guarantees things will go back to normal after quitting.

If the latter, you are a smart man. There are other options for dealing with hairloss that don’t involve internal 5AR inhibition, such things can be found at various hair loss websites.
