Do you have a routine to help you get to sleep?
I feel like there may be a window where I am most tired and if I don’t take that opportunity, I will suffer with insomnia.
I have yet to test this theory properly (I’ve just had lots of insomnia this week) but tonight I am going to go to bed very early and wait until that moment arrives and then try and get to sleep.
Does anyone have specific (non prescription / potentially harmful) things they take before bed?
I read that exercise before bed helps, I am going to try this too.
