Hello fellas, new to the forum, but post on other Hairloss forums
I have been taking Fin for 7 months and do experience side effects. I currently cut fincar into 5 pieces. 1 piece every day. I can still have sex now, but it definitely is weaker than normal. I notice, though, that when I take 1/5 every other day, it seems to be better, almost normal.
My question…did anyone do this, and is there any problem with doing a regimen such as this?

the only problem? 5ar inhibitors can be dangerous, and we’re not here for professional advice.
This isn’t a forum for hair loss treatment, or to learn how you can successfully take finasteride. It’s a forum for those who were specifically told taking fin is safe, and were permanently damaged because of it.
We don’t have any advice for you aside from do what you want, but know finasteride can have very serious side effects that might not go away once you stop taking it. Anyone who is here for the correct reasons stated at the top of the page would not recommend Finasteride TO ANYONE as there is no way to tell if you will have side effects or recover from them.
If you develop side effects, tell your doctor or stop the drug. If you don’t recover months after using the drug, then come back here and we can offer some advice on how to deal with that. Until then, I would take your query to the doctor either way.
