So I started off with no sensation with orgasm and genital numbness as my main complaint. 15 years later my testosterone dropped to 291 and I now have to take trt, I can’t get erections at all now and I had an ultrasound and I have scar tissue. Has anything helped with peoples scar tissue?
Did you get complete ED / scar tissue after or before TRT?
Don’t know what could help sadly, I think I have the same thing but didn’t get any scans from my doc.
Before, I was on no medication and super healthy when it started getting weaker, I will say it got even worse on trt but could just be timing. It was getting worse everyday, TRT cured my depression and fatigue though
Weirdly almost instantly I had energy and my depression left. It almost feels like the worse my sexual side effects get the better my mental side effects, very strange
