Hey guys,
For a while I’ve suspected that some of my genital numbness and numb orgasms involved pelvic floor tension or some kind of muscle/nerve dysfunction down there. Well today at work I had two pretty violent sneezes and I experienced what felt like a Charlie horse or cramp in the area between my butt and balls. Not sure if this is perineum or pelvic floor or what. Just wondering if anyone else gets these? Should I seek out some kind of physical therapist for this or is it a common thing that people without pfs get?
