First all let me tell you that I hate this site so much, but I just wanted to come back to see if the protocol Im using would help anyone else. I took the drug for 2+ years, and I have been off for 14 months.
I have done probably 500 hours of research at least. Most of the things I tried were dead ends. I have been suffering badly from all the mental side effects and 100% impotence.
Recently I stumbled on a few research papers and connected the dots on a couple things. I think I might have found at least a piece of our dysfunction.
My protocol is the following:
-First off stop artificially messing with your androgen levels and stop all products like that. Most of us have normal testosterone levels. Our issues are more downstream and you are hindering any chance of recovery.

-Glass of beer or wine a day (does not have to be everyday but when possible)

Chromium and alcohol help to activate these parts of the brain from other research that I have read.
This has been helping me, but I am not sure if it is a long term solution. However, at least we might be getting closer to the areas of the brain that are affected for us.
Please respond if you are having success with this protocol on this thread. I just want to get closer in solving this.
