Hello

I am 28 years old.
I used finasteride topically from February 2022 to June 2022 at 0.25 mg daily. Had side effects and therefore discontinued. I have no real libido and have trouble getting and keeping an erection. Went to the urologist and my FSH and testo are at the lower end of the reference range. I have an appointment with the endocrinologist in the andrology department at the University Hospital in Münster in May.

Can you medically determine if you have PFS?

Has anyone tried tribulus? should help when it comes to androgen receptors…

I recommend you take nothing… I was a severe case and have improved dramatically. Messing with your hormones will hurt you more than help you.

There are even people on here who have gotten permanently fucked from taking tribulus. I used tribulus and it made me feel better but when I would stop taking it, i went back to feeling terrible.

If all you have is sexual sides be thankful, the depression and lack of emotions you can get from this syndrome is unbearable. You can make yourself worse and end up with more severe pfs by playing with hormones. There’s a good chance you can recover your sexual health, but it may take a few years. Give it time

Welcome to the forum @ente94!

No, unfortunately.

Testing for PFS would mean that we know the biomarkers of the disease, which in turn would mean that we had some idea of what causes it. We don’t know any of this today (although there are hypotheses), so more research is needed.

One study is happening right now, and we’re accepting donations for future ones.

Hey man, sorry to hear you’re in this terrible situation. You can search the forum about Tribulus. It has been tried countless times. The doctors will probably offer you hormone replacement since your testosterone is on the lower end.

Don’t take Tribulus

It made my situation much worse and many others on here.

Just two Tribulus capsules has done untold damage to me

I wouldn’t mess with any supplements
