Hello Boston, a little more info
"Btw, what do you think about the whole dopamine, Edge Effect, supplements protocol for healing?? " , dont know, Id like to know more if this could do something to fight my tinnitus… If you have some info please send a link, Ive used 5-htp and GABA both amino acids, 5htp has an effect on the mind like ssri, and it helped a little, but after a while I started needing more, and when i stopped I took 3 times as much as when I started, also amino acid can be hard for your stomach so its not something you would like to take everyday in the long run…
here is a little more info on my case…(also in you pm.
When time was worst it felt like I had no penis at all(small and numb), I couldent get it up at all, I also had the feeling that I needed to pee, but it was always only 3 drops… Change came slowly, waking up with a boner one morning, I had almost forgotten how that was like, and starting looking after girls with only sex on the mind… I havent had sex yet, but juinor gets hard as a rock so Iam sure its not a problem.
I did a lot of things, all at the same time, to try to beat this thing…
5 htp (amino)
GABA (amino)
vitamin b-zink and multi-omega 3
exercise “long walkes”
healty food, alot of wather
light from the sun in mid day
long hot showers.
green tea
but the most importent thing was time I think… after aboute 3 mounth things started to change, thoug I still suffer tinnitus I can with no doubt say that the ofter side effects are 98% gone…
thinking aboute the hole situation now feels blured and on-real, days just melted together, me becomming stranger everyday, staying in my room alone, just wanting to sleep, it was sick. and maybe made it even whorse, thinking aboute it every day, all the time. But when you are there its the only thing that you care for…well and you hair maybe…
I took Propeecia for aboute 3-4 mounth, but only 0,2 mg p day.
its hard but dont let it get you down, Propecia plays tricks with your mind, you will get over this.
write again if ther is something you need to know…
best regards
Tom
