Hey guys,

I’ve used and quit after 6 days. Since then brain fog is gone and anxiety subbed due until I noticed i couldn’t get an erection and my penis shrunk. I know its only been 3 days since I quit,
but I’M REALLY WORRIED. Is it too soon?
What’s the best advice? Should i see a urologist or wait awhile longer?

Thanks for any responses

I’m not sure how helpful this reply is but although a urologist might not be able to help you, or be disbelieving, sometimes I think that it’s useful for as many guys as possible who have experienced these issues to at least raise their concerns with their doctor and even request a referral. This might hopefully have a collective effect on at least some of our health professionals when they start seeing more than one guy with the same complaints, especially with scientific literature which they can’t ignore (if they are in any way professional) continuing to mount up which vouch for this being a very real problem. Also, a referral may take some time anyway and at least you’ve set the ball rolling and it can help if you feel that you’re going to see someone about it. If it resolves you can always cancel. Remember that it’s not your fault and our doctors should at least know that this problem exists.

One other thing to say, which is a lot easier said than done, is to try and manage the anxiety about what may be happening as that can make a very difficult situation seem almost insurmountable.

All the best.
