new here

Hi
Im new to this site, i use propecia on and off for about a year back in 2004-2005 i stopped it because i was experiencing really bad side effects even though my hair loss stopped for a while which was the reason that got me in using the drug. like most of the people who experienced side effects,i was depressed and experience decrease in libido and erectile problems, i dont remember exactly for how long this problems continue until i started to feel betterl, i just know it took me a couple of months, i tried to continue with my life and not think about the problem i even used vitamins supplements like omega3 and l arsyne and some others. i recovered like 80% even though i was not the same i used to be before taking the drug. now i realized that these problems come and go and until i start to feel better, now im experiencing these problems again.
i dont know what to do, i have read some of the post here and seems like most of you have knowledge about how to treat the side effects and try to reversed the damage done by the drug. any advice would be really appreciate it .
what should i do to begin with? what kind of test should i take?
where can i find professional help, what kind of doctor could help me getting this type of test?
thanks in advanced and sorry if i ask too many questions im a little confused and dont know what the best thing to do.
out of curiosity has anyone cured from the side effects and feel almost 100% like before taking the drug
thanks again

Bloodtests as listed here:
propeciahelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=92

Any doc can order these bloodtests – the question is, do they believe your case and feel it is necessary to order them. If you need to argue your case, you will need materials to backup your claims – read and print the studies from Finasteride Studies section to do so.

If you get tired of dealing with doctors who don’t believe you, check Doctors section at bottom of site for some who are likely more open-minded to bloodwork, against Finasteride and may provide possible treatments. Dr Shippen, Dr Crisler and Dr Goldstein come to mind.

thank you for the response i will try to find a good physician and do the blood tests and try to start a treatment to correct the damage caused by the drug hopefully everything turns out good
thank you i will keep posting with results
