Im not 100% sure I feel a little numb it’s been a week but it could literally just be in my head

Cause fenugreek can’t cause PFS at 600mg for 4-5 days right?
Give it 3 months before you say you have PFS. In the meantime, eat clean, exercise, and don’t stress.
