Nevirapine restores androgen signaling

Found a cheaper one…tempting. Was already planning on going on some anti-virals…

Based on assuming the androgen sensitivity theory is correct it sounds like this drug is designed for us… Is anyone going to try this?

I think its best that this is first tested on cells. I highly advise against anyone taking another pharmaceutical drug as “a guinea pig” experiment. Especially without supervision of a doctor. I think someone who is in contact with the scientists should suggest trying this on cell cultures.

FYI this is an HIV treatment drug - en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nevirapine

whats your thoughts on it mew?

After taking a look at the side effects of this medication, obviously not a good idea. Go to the wikipedia page Mew posted and take a look at the side effects. I shit my pants when I saw those pictures. Wow. This is seriously horrifying.

Efavirenz (also an anti-retroviral drug) apparently does the same thing. But doesn’t have the terrifying side effects of Nivaperine. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Efavirenz

I hope we all learned why its not a good idea to go ahead and play guinea pig with drugs. No one should take anything until we know what the doctors doing the PFS research say. It may take a year, maybe more, but better than what we saw in those pictures. Please continue to post relevant research articles on “activating androgen signaling” though.

Yea, don’t rush out and buy this… breakfornews.com/aidsmyth/viramune.htm

I’m trying to do a thorough search on Efavirenze side effects.

be extremely careful. three years ago my firiend’s brother died here in Ottawa. Doctor had him signed the consent form and the medicine was new. His liver failed within 2 months and he was scheduled for liver transplant but he died long before his turn.I had met this boy, he was in his fourties and had apparently no problem other than high cholesterol.

This was from Efavirenze?

No body here should be taking any drugs, we are simply discussing things that may reactivate androgen signaling.

Has anybody done more research about Nevirapine? This sounds as it could fix our solution!

We need a lab with PFS Rats to try those medications (-:

I think our research concluded to stay the fuck away from it; breakfornews.com/aidsmyth/viramune.htm

I would stay away from any drug that is used to treat “HIV” the AIDS drug AZT killed a lot of people in the 80s.

Would you take it, if it is the cure?

dont be silly, if this was the cure we would all ready know about it…so stop with this.

How? How would we know it is the cure or not? And why I am silly? I am so serious - I cannot describe how serious!
Nobody is trying anything out there… The researcher Team is just checking what happened with us, they are not searching a cure, Not yet.
If we have a problem with androgen receptor and signalling, someone should try this viramune stuff and rule it Out or recover!

Doesn’t Efavirenz only inhibit the HIV reverse transcriptase? this wouldn’t be of any help since we don’t have HIV.

Did anyone tried nevirapine?

Speak for yourself.

EVERYONE HAS AIDS!
