This is a bit of science backing up many of the claims that paleo diet helped people around here.

I’m following this diet right now. The brain loves fat. Coconut oil goes directly to it, via the liver.

Avocados, almond butter, extra virgin olive oil, all kinds of nuts (macadamia, walnuts, pine), as well as krill oil- which is incredible.

A nice overview of the brain on ketosis. Still sticking with the ketogenic diet, I’ve noticed the slight tremor in my hand is gone and my sleep is improving.
