Could you explain more or do you think the problem is much greater? I thought low gaba was associated with insomnia.

There isn’t a way to currently test levels in the brain - the place that matters.

I believe the following article talks about the ONLY actual way to detect GABA levels in the brain. I doubt this is a test that you can get done. This sound more like something thats done in a research environment.
