need urgent boost, help

I am at a workshop, presenting on several days, important for my career
first day I messed up as my brain fog, fatigue, and depression are quite severe these days
I cannot exercise for now because I had a bicycle accident

can you please let me know what would be the best option? I am at a hotel, so need recommendations of few things that I could get from over the counter …

VitD? … anything to eat? … I am not asking for the holy grail, fine with things that give a short term boost (pls indicate how many hours it will boost so I time it)

If I was in your shoes, I would take some cold and flu medicine containing pseudoephedrine. You can even use the night caps to help you sleep if it’s a problem. It should be OTC, but I think you need to present an identification to buy these pills in the US because people use them to make methamphetamines.

Vit. B complex helps me or a 5 hour energy. Has a shit ton of B in it. Helped me before when I needed a bump. Might fuck up you sleep so hopefully you got something to help you with that later.
