since I might have a lot of time on my hands soon due to Corona stopping me from working, I would like to set up a protocol to increase my libido.
Is there anything you have done in the past that has helped you? I am thinking things like:
- specific meditations like Ngöndro etc.
- workout protocols
- cold showers
I went through success stories and gathered what I could find, but I would be super grateful about any advise you can give. If anyone knows great relaxation techniques would be great, I don’t know good ones.
