"Natural Sleep"

I stumbled on this a while back, but I was never able to try it: naturschlaf.com/wew2.html
This week-end, I had a job to finish and I ended up working 24 hours non-stop, except for the meals, and then I had an unexpected problem and I finally stayed up 36 hours without sleeping. Since then, I only was able to sleep 3 or 4 hours at a time, and last night I woke up at one o’clock in the morning, unable to sleep more, so it’s a good moment to try this sleep schedule and see if it does anything for me.

I went to sleep tonight at 7 o’clock and woke up at 10:50 (solar time in both cases) instead of 11:15, which is the waking hour suggested in the text, but I guess it doesn’t really matter because your supposed to need just 3 or 4 hours of sleep with this schedule. Anyway, I don’t feel so bad. I still feel tiredness from last week-end, but I believe I won’t have any problem doing my stuff today. I think I’ll read a couple of hours and go to the gym at 5 in the morning. One thing I notice is that I’m more hungry that I am normally waking up.
