My Theory: Body type that has low tolerance for drugs. Anyone else believe this?

yes , its quite likely you and many people have a fast phase 1 and slow phase 2 detoxification pathway.all it means is the liver changes a toxin into a form that phase 2 can eliminate but that intermediate toxin is much more powerful than the original.in alcohols case the intermediate toxin is 10 times more toxic than the alcohol itself.

the large load of toxins gets dumped into the phase 2 section which cannot handle it so you get these toxic symptoms.i did the liver detoxification profile test about 8 months ago , i posted the findings on here.

do some research on the terms if you are interested.

hi RUFF. so what about your liver now?are you better and to help it you just had a better diet and coenzyme q10 or something else?

thank you

I never had a low tolerance for drugs and I still got fucked up from this poison.

me too… i never had problems with drugs

im sensitive to most supplements/pills so i use barleygrass powder + maca powder , good diet , some exercise and 30 mins of infra red sauna per day.
i’m marginally better than i was 8 months ago , i dont get itchy skin when im hot/exercise anymore.also my libido has improved since then.

infra red sauna is very good for detoxification. I used one a few times before I decided to fast and always felt more rested after each use.

yeh its good , i have one of those portable fold up ones.the surround is made in china but the heat ‘pads’ ie the part that does the heating are made in japan.i’d say i sweat about 400-500ml in a 30 min session , more if i let the unit warm up beforehand.

im thinking about doing another liver test in a month or so , see if those numbers have improved.

Calcium D Glucarate assists with phase 2 liver detoxification. Very small doses of Grapefruit juice (10ml 3 times a day or so) is said to slow down phase 1 liver detoxification so phase 2 can have a chance to keep up.

Hi J89

I think it’s been a while since you’ve posted. How are you doing these days?

Are you still on TRT?

Hope things have been better for you. Thanks.

I’m very sensitive to all drugs or meds too. Tall, lean, and mean

hey guys , try supplementing with magnesium , apparently it is used in over 300 detoxification processes in the body.i use a few grains of epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) in a glass of water twice a day.dont buy supplements with mag oxide , you wont absorb them well.

How am I doing? Absolutely crap.

I do feel better after taking epsom salts, but only in a very small quantity. I tried taking a little too much this morning and…holy diarrhea batman! LOL
Good thing it’s a Sunday and I don’t need to go anywhere

All medications I took so far and currently take are well tolerated by me.
the only thing that fucked me up is finasterid.

for any other medications I have hardly any noticeable side effect so far.

I have become extremely sensitive to all drugs. So much that I cannot take ibuprofin. I was always sensitive but now it’s off the charts…

I am tall, lanky and extremely sensitive to medications. I have extremely high metabolism and can pretty much eat anything without gaining weight.

I had side effects to migraine headache medication when I was young. I had to take oxycontin after surgery and it made me feel like crap. I had horrible viagra side effects. Also I get really bad hangovers, sometimes after only one or two beers.

This makes me think my finasteride side effects might be related as well.

I have never been sensitive. I used a lot of drugs recreationally when I was younger and always had good tolerance.

so maybe you had good adrenal function or really strong T / T conversion and you do not anymore…

Just a big heads up for you, if you are sensitive to drugs please don’t take Levaquin, Cipro, or Avelox. They are the most toxic drugs on the market today. I have suffered major adverse reactions from Levaquin, from insomnia to neuropathy to tendon damage, even though I took it four months ago.
Also, if you want to supplement with magnesium, try almonds. The plain natural kind. They are better absorbed than supplements and you don’t have to worry about getting too much.

I remember you took clomid for 6 months and got well But now looks you did not recover? are you still suffering ? what happend after clomid ,did your T-level crashed again? got the same level or lower than pre-clomid level?
could you give some updates about your PCT?

thanx
