    like some users said eating a lot of carots and live like a vegetarian which mysteriously helped a bit for about 10 days then, i started to eat meat again and everything was as worse as it was

If you have pre or post-Finasteride bloodtests, what hormonal changes have you encountered since discontinuing the drug (pls post your test results in the “Blood Tests” section and link to them in your post)? no comparison, i made a testosterone- level - test and it was something like 7,26 and the doctor told me that 2-3 is normal

Hi, I’m 21 and i suffer by post- propecia side effects like all of you guys do. I 'm from germany so I’m sorry for my bad english. It all started when I was 17 years old , i realised that i started to lose a lot of hair on the top , I have always had and still have a very oily scalp so actually the drug didn’t help me too much but It was kind of slow down the progress of balding . I took the drug and there were no side effects.But one day almost everything came down like it is said in the prescription of propecia , the hardest of all is the erectile dysfunktion , I thought hey wait a few weeks and then months but I’m still not recovered . I also have to admit that I’m a smoker (cigarettes) but one day after i was off of the drugs for 6 month I wanted to have sex with my girlfriend and I couldn’t the doctor always told me before ( when I had the first side effects ) that it will come back when you try it with a real girl instead of your hand. But it wasn’t there . I was always a horny guy even when i haven’t ejaculate for 2 days I sometimes jizzed in my pants when i watched a porno without any touching in my groin area. so that’s my story i haven’t recovered yet after 13 months off the drug and I’m sorry again of my bad and maybe sometimes vulgar kind of english

Im sorry to tell that being 3 years off finasteride my sexual desire still is crap, and so is my erections.

It’s really sad how this drug did fuck us all up.

by the way I’ve never had libido problems like 90 percent of you do after i quit with this shit. my testosterone levels is 7,26 the normal range is 2,7 - 10,7 i did an appointment to an endocrinologist today so i get my blood tested in 8 days i will post my results in the bloodtest section . So now I’m almost 15 months off the drug still not recovered and i take a lot of supplements like zinc, omege 3 ,eating carots, juicing but somehow it doesn’t help anymore, I’m not too optimistic anymore . I’m so happy that I don’t have those brainfog problems , because otherwise I don’t think i would be still alive … I don’T want to sound to whiny because most of you guys experiences much longer those side effects. So let’s hope for a new beginning and that all wounds will be healed in our androgene- system.

Do you feel as thought your body is benefiting from that testosterone, meaning do you feel aggressive rather than passive, anabolic (strong muscles), and get horny easy? I’d find it somewhat interesting if you were feeling normal testosterone but still had ED.

Also, you mentioned that you had brain fog in your recent post but I don’t see it checked off on your list of symptoms. I’m guessing that was a factor but you overcame that now?

Last - any increased weight gain/fat, metabolism or bodily changes?

Yes , I think so , i feel more aggressive and get horny very easy so like it was before , yes I gain about 4 kilos (8pounds), so the brainfog is for me actually related to the situation of not being able to get an erection it’s not a damage of the pill itself , so that’s what i think. I also experiences more facial hair and chest hair but this can be related to my age (21) it’s normal in my family to get in the mid 20’s more facial hair and chest hair than in the late teens , my brother also did . By the way he just has a receding hairline not like me the top hair thining , and on the back of my head a bald spot.
I’m sure that I wouldn’t have taken the pill when it would be just a receding hairline but top hair thining is serious shit in the first 20’s ,if i would be 28-30 I wouldn’t have mind at all . But overtime I would rather be bald like Billy Corgan than having a workless dick , Bald can be beautiful!
The ED problems are actually like most of you guys say, like the upper part of the dick is hanging down . I’m pretty sure that an enzym is the key for that which was damaged by finasterid. My Blood flow- test was also good so there must be a connection to hormones or a kind of enzym. but I’m not a doctor and I wasn’t too good in science
