Ok. I noticed that i lost my ability to get a boner right after the second pill. Although i have experienced all the sexual side effects listed, in the two months since i have recovered most of my sexual functions (i will repost another sexual side effects check list at the end of this paragraph).
In the first week it was not possible to have an erection period. Complete cold turkey. Extreme depression. I had almost complete impotence over the next couple of weeks and even with manual stimulation it was not possible to maintain erection, and the erection was not a full erection. Manual stimulation with only a little amount of sperm and very watery. Over the next month i had little by little improvement. Two weeks ago i start having a full erection(maybe 90%) with manual stimulation. The sperm count is back to normal and it is not watery, like pre-finasteride. Of course i don’t have Complete Impotence now and i can ejaculate just fine. The side effects that have not fully improved is that my erection is not like it used to be, I would say it is at 90% (it has steadily improved since i quit so i am not ready to press the panic bottom just yet). The problem i have now is the only way i can get an erection is with manual stimulation. So the side effects that have none to minimal improvement are Loss of Libido (I don’t think about sex unless i force myself), Loss of Spontaneous Erections, Loss of Morning Erections and Loss of Nocturnal Erections.

Please I need help and tips from people who have gone through the same situation. I am trying to stay as positive as possible. Please help. Thank you.

At present you are still in the very early stages so the symptoms may just resolve naturally . Try do HIIT training in conjunction with the weights, avoid alcohol caffeine and stimulants. Stick to a healthy diet_no processed foods, organic veg etc. Good sleep pattern with a low stress lifestyle.
These are the most common approaches people have been taking on this forum to address this issue. There is no treatment at present but the symptoms resolve for many people… There is no discernible pattern to this condition, it is different for every person. I advise you to not panic and be patient. This situation may resolve quickly or it may take longer. Stay strong and stick to the plan . Good luck with it.

Ok thank you very much. I will try that.
