My prostatitis issues

Hello, I am new to this forum. I was on propecia when from 17-18, about 16 months. I noticed my morning erections disappeared and loss of interest in girls , and because of that I quit the drug. This was 3-4 years ago, I am 22 now. I tested myself in august 2011, and it showed that I now have total testosterone levels outside the normal range. I have however regained some morning erections and libido since quitting propecia. I started getting symptoms of prostatitis two years after quitting the drug, and I have now diagnosed with prostatitis, but it has improved alot, and when now I get a medication, Paraflex, that seems to reduce the symptoms.

My tests:

P-SHBG 17 nmol/L range 10-80

P-Tesosteron 7.3 nmol/L range 8.0-30

P-Lutropin (LH) 5.1 IE/L range 1.7-8.6

P-Progesteron 3.1 nmol/L range 0.7-4.3

P-Testo/SHBG quota 0.43 range 0.3-1.1

I am currently trying supplements, Tribulus, ZMA and Zinc Picolinate. I’m gonna add D3 vitamin to my supplements also.

Im also thinking about an nolvadex PCT treatment, 20mg for 2 months. You guys have any comments or ideas?

Your Total T is out of range, hypogonadal. What did your doctor suggest to improve your low Testosterone?

I have been in denial, and I have therefore not answered this thread earlier. Im convinced I have the propecia side effects, and have had them for some time now. I have prostatitis and as you see in my previous post, very very low testosterone.

I am from Sweden and all solutions for low testosteron here is TRT for life. I dont want that, I dont think that it will help. I want to be checked more, more specifically other hormones that may be out of balance. But I dont know what to do. As many of you, my life is going downhill fast. I am in constant pain to due prostatitis, weak erections, and pain after masturbation. Im also getting very depressed because to all of this, because I feel that noone is helping me. I dont want more medications, I want to be healty again!

Im trying to live more healty and going to the gym, and to loose my extra weight. But what do you guys recommend me to do?

I have just finished a 3 week cycle of Nolvadex and would recommend it - but don’t expect any miracles.
The Nolva seems to have helped one of my testicles, which was in pretty bad shape after quitting fin.
I’m going to run another 3 week cycle of Nolva and take it alongside Tribestan tribulus and maybe some DIM/calcium D Glucarate.

I think the best thing you can do right now is to take it easy, stay calm and be patient while awor and his team continue with the medical research.

Try to eat as healthily as you can and try to stay slim around your abs and stomach area, as this is the main area where testosterone is aromatised to estrogen.
You mentioned you had prostate pain.
Do you need to urinate frequently, e.g. in the middle of the night?

Try to do plenty of walking to help your prostate. Around 1 hour of walking per day if you can.
Walking helps to massage and relax the prostate.

Also, try the the brocolli treatment for a period of 3 weeks, or up to 2 months if you need to.
Boil the broccoli for no more than 5 minutes and also drink the brocolli juices. Doesn’t taste great, but its good for you.
Hopefully this should help you:

P.S. I will be writing to the FDA explaining the problems that this drug has caused and would suggest that you do the same
