I am 18 years old and I started Accutane in Mid December 2019 and didn’t feel the sexual side effects until exactly January 1st, 2020. At first, my libido was the only thing gone along with what I believe is hard flaccid syndrome. In the next few weeks I did not wake with erections either. Over time, ejaculation became less pleasurable, and less ejaculate was coming out and I also noticed. I went to a doctor and he told me to use L-Citruline and prescribed me viagra just in case. The L-Citruline has brought my morning erections back and my full erections back when masturbating. Nothing else is better because I have not tried much else. I have not noticed brain fog because I have ADD and have always had trouble paying attention but I do want to know if i should take Adderall or if that is maybe worsening symptoms? One more question is has anyone had any trouble getting drunk after Accutane? I am new to the community and would appreciate questions or feedback about my story. Wishing the best for us all! 
Some people can’t get drunk after taking finasteride, something to do with neuro steroids being destroyed, so can prob happen with Accutane too
Any chance this could happen months later?
If anyone who took Accutane is experiencing this months after with alcohol I would appreciate a reply more than anything.
Yea it can, I didn’t get some side effects until months after I quit finasteride. Like insomnia didn’t kick in until a month after
I get drunk much easier after accutane + SP.
