I found a probiotic that doesnāt upset my stomach, even though it contains the same bacterial strain as the one that did upset my stomach.
This makes me think the problem isnāt really gut dysbiosis. Itās probably some ingredient thatās giving me problems.
Also, I think Iām making a lot of good progress with my muscles and joint popping noises.
I actually felt a normal workout burn a few days ago, where before, i wouldnāt feel anything. My breast muscles feel harder.
My joints continue to pop less and less.

Hey, guys. I just got back from barbecue + ice cream, and aside from feeling full from eating too much, my stomach is doing well. No sound.
I noticed that my back pain gets better during exercise, which makes me think itās some sort of inflammation thatās causing my back pain.
Iāll have to do more research on this.

Maybe try to increase your test and see if that resolves your libido and other issues.

Great to hear! I started with biceps/triceps training after 5 months stayin away. So far i only have mild muscle soar at the wished spots, i rather have muscle soar on a muscle spot of my back weirdly. I hope it isnt a sign of no reaction by hands muscles

Ive seen you have been very careful with supplements from other posts and i wonder if its the main reason you actually have recovered so much. Less is more regarding supplements in an early stage and you should get a praise for not getting lost in the supplement tramp

I took a multivitamin while I was still taking fin, and I noticed an immediate bad reaction to it. I took supplements only twice in the first month of PFS just to test my reaction, and both times my body reacted badly to them.
Since then, Iāve stayed clear of supplements until a week ago, where Iām now taking probiotics and vitamin C. Iāve had no adverse reaction to them except the first brand of probiotics.
Iāve also stayed clear of nuts, since my stomach started growling and hurting. I can now eat nuts without any issues.
In any case, even though most of the physical sides are gone, as a whole, something just feels āoffā about my body. It doesnāt hurt, but itās like I have slightly less energy. Itās hard to explain. Maybe itās the hot weather of summer.
Update:
So I worked out an hour ago, and I actually feel great. I can now feel the dopamine rush after a good work-out. I guess this was another symptom I had that I didnāt notice. I think itās a good sign that things are returning to normal.
Well, my keto shipment arrived today. Iāll start the meals tomorrow.
Iām super nervous. This is a life-and-death situation for me.
I believe i understand with the off feeling. Possibly exercise will help with this. Did you run this time? Im a bit curious how people react to running since its very powerful for BDNF and dopamine etc, especially if its repeated, but it seems people are weightlifting when they speak about exercise.
I wish you goodluck with the keto. However, even if you passed 3 months its still an early state for you so possibly you can expect time to be a healer even for your stomach like other symptoms.
