Tell us your story, in your own words, about your Finasteride usage and side effects experienced while on/off the drug. Went on finasteride for hair loss, only real concern was gynecomastia as I had read other symptoms resolved after quitting. Took for 10 days. Felt lousy so decided to quit. About 4-5 days after quitting, developed intermittent pain in testicles (varying from dull to sharp). At about a week, pain became more constant, I noticed testicles seemed to shrink at times, my flaccid penis became very thin, scrotum either seems extremely long & saggy or super tight & small, I have been able to get erections but lose vary quickly if i don’t concentrate fully, my breasts started to hurt and have now started to grow slightly with small hard bombs under & around nipple.
