That is way too much hcg, unfortunately I do not believe hcg will help you, I am on it as part of hrt and I thought it was helping at times. The only thing hcg will do is reverse testicular atrophy and improve penis size possibly. I do believe that even if you don't have the desires, keeping the blood flowing and your testicle and penis functioning are important. I have not suffered the effects of penile and testicular shrinkage only because I have been on hrt. So you see it's helping size, I would lower it to 1000 units once to twice a week.
Have you tried DHEA? You need to induce 5 alpha reductase enzyme activity or you will crash from the high levels of testosterone (only because you have PFS). Hcg isn't going to cure PFS or treat it, it will however treat some of the symptoms such as I described above.
