I would like any input as to what I can do and should do now. I am not taking any supplement at the moment (I took multi vitamin n maca for 2weeks but because of stinging sensation and temperature change in my finger n toe I stopped and in some ways, it reduced abit). I do some cycling and maybe bit of lifting but that’s about it.

You haven’t tested the following key hormones: RT3, FT3, FT4, pregnenolone, cortisol (with a saliva x4 test). Without them, it’s damn hard to understand what’s going on.

No one can tell what is wrong with the results I got…?

Your prolactin is high and your progesterone is high. This is bad for sexual performance. If your thyroid hormones are lowish, supplementing with thyroid hormones may help the progesterone to flush towards cortisol instead of being backed up.

Your other hormones look fine.

Your Total T would be considered to be in the optimal range. This would lead most doctors to wrongly attribute your symptoms to a psychological problem.
DHT is obviously high. Normal to high DHT is usually linked to a higher sex drive. I can’t find your member story, but will assume low libido is one of the problems you are dealing with.

Prolactin is a little high. This can cause a lowered libido. It can be brought down with medications like cabergoline and bromocriptine or by taking B-vitamin supplements. I have read that being overly stressed can lead to elevated prolactin. It also seems to be fairly common with PFS victims to see elevated prolactin.

DHEAS is obviously high. It is one of the precursor hormones to testosterone and estrogen. I’m surprised your doc didn’t order a draw for cortisol in combination with with DHEAS. They are both important adrenal hormones. I think if either one is too high it can cause you too feel stressed out, on the other hand being stressed can raise both homones.

Progesterone is also high. I’m not exactly sure what high DHEAS or Progesterone means, but there are a handful of guys here who have elevated levels of either hormone.

Free T looks a little lower than it should be for a young healthy male, but your bioavailable is on the higher-side. I don’t quite understand that.

Looks like m-81 beat me to the reply

Thanks for replies with great help, clearing what I need to do M_81 and Dubya_B. I don’t have family doc at the moment which is why I didn’t get cortisol… I will be getting one soon and hopefully referred to endo for more tests. I will definately post other tests that need to be examined for my problem, probably in 2-3 months. I guess it would be wise to not do anything until I get more results even vit 6 isn’t harmful. Thanks again for inputs, really appreciate it.

whats your body temp?

You really need to find out your body temp and do a log.

And do silivary cortisol. Cortisol issues are very likely to cause panic attacks.

Any updates?

nothing really. I do have family doctor atm but so far no treatment. I havent met any specialists, just taking Amytriptyline right now for supposely nerve damage.
