Here are my blood test results with ranges:

Time and date taken? What did doc say about them?
Clearly your Estradiol is out of range high and your Free T on the low end. Do you have Total Testosterone as well?
I didn’t have total testosterone. My doc gave me some of the typical lines such as “they are within range” and “your body will recover”, but he also prescribed me 10mg Nolvadex for a month. Today is day 1, and I’ve suspended Novedex XT for the time being. This was take at 3pm in the afternoon, but my whole sleeping schedule is off anyway.
First of all, the fact your doctor had your bloodwork done at 3pm indicates he does not really know, or care about, how hormones work.
Testosterone levels should be measured between 7am-10am, when they are highest, in order to get an accurate result. You don’t know what your true “Free Testosterone” level is because you didn’t get tested when it would be at its highest (in the morning).
How can he call clearly out of range Estradiol “normal”, especially for a male?
That’s interesting, we’ll see what effect it has but he might also want to consider Arimidex to get your E2 down into range.
Good luck with your protocol.
Thank you, Mew, appreciated. I know I may need an aromatase inhibitor like Arimidex, but Novedex XT was one. I’ll probably go the Arimidex route.
